Is it too soon to declare Sixpoint’s Apollo the official beer of summer 2012? This seasonal canned summer wheat has been flowing in both Empty Growler Brooklyn and Midwest headquarters since it hit the shelves. With a modest 5.2% ABV, it goes down smooth and the flavors dance in your mouth like the most epic Busby Berkeley production.
I often find myself in quiet moments wondering, “How much Apollo can I stockpile before I become the male equivalent of ‘crazy cat lady’ but with beer cans?” I’m dangerously close to finding that answer.

Agreed, Apollo is definately qwenching my thirst for a good summer beer!! Sixpoint has my vote for best summer beer!!
